Teranaba's dam Tristera, a winner and multiple black-type performer has had seven foals to race- all winners. His granddam Imposera (NZ), was second in a Blue Diamond Prelude (Group 3) at two years, before going on to become a dual Group 1 winner of the Caulfield Cup and Australasian Oaks.
Teranaba is bred on the same Anabaa / Sir Tristram cross as Gr 1 winners Headturner, Yell and Anacheeva.
