Patinack Farm’s freshman sires head the first season sire list
The current first-season sires’ list makes for interesting reading, as the leading two are residents at Patinack Farm.
Husson (ARG) has been joined at the top of the table by stablemate Casino Prince, courtesy of All Too Hard’s impressive listed debut win at Flemington.
While Hussousa added further prize-money to her sire’s record in the Widden Stakes at the weekend, coming with a late run to frighten the leaders.
Being the only stallions on the list with stakes winners to their name, the duo should figure highly for perspective breeders and owners wishing to find a value stallion.
Both stallions are producing powerful types that are capable of winning stakes races at two but scopey enough to progress with age.
