Husson Graded Performer
The first-crop of our unbeaten champion Husson continue to impress in Argentina and he was represented by his first stakes performer when Lake Husson finished runner-up in the Clasico Andres S Torres (Gr 3) over 1500 metres at La Plata on Thursday.
Bred by Haras Firmamento, Lake Husson (2 f Miss Lake Queen, by Numerous) is already a winner, having won on debut over 1200 metres at La Plata on April 26, and she is inbred 3 x 3 to Mr Prospector and 5 x 4 to Nijinsky.
Unbeaten classic winner Husson is by multiple champion sire Hussonet (USA) and is standing at $22,000 in 2011.
He is showing all the signs of becoming a successful stallion and has four winners and four placed runners from 12 starters to date in South America from his first crop.
