Patinack $1 Million Breeders' Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. Patinack will make a maximum pool amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) available to be paid to eligible Breeders and Owners during the racing year (being 1st August to 31st July in any given year).
2. The break up is to be as follows:
(i) Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) for every Saturday metropolitan winner in NSW or Victoria
(ii) Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for every mid-week metropolitan winner in NSW and Victoria
(iii) Then Thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for every Saturday metropolitan winner in Queensland.
3. The "Breeder" will be determined by reference to the owner listed on the Stallion Service Contract to be entered into between Patinack and the Owner at the time the mare is serviced by a Patinack stallion.
4. The "Owner" will be determined by reference to the owner/s listed as owners of the relevant horse as listed by the State's racing body in which it predominantly resides.
5. For the avoidance of doubt Patinack mares will, if serviced by an applicable Patinack Stallion, be entitled to participate in the pool in addition to other mares.
6. The Bonus will be paid only for wins by Two (2) or Three (3) year old horses.
7. Any Bonus will be distributed equally as between the Owner and the Breeder.
8. Owners and Breeders will have twelve (12) months from the date of a win to notify and claim their respective proportion of the bonus from Patinack. In the event Patinack is not notified within this period, then, the party not claiming the bonus will be forfeited, at the sole discretion of Patinack.
9. To claim the bonus, a Breeder will be required to provide to Patinack, a copy of the Patinack Stallion Service Contract. The Breeder must have complied with all terms of the Patinack Stallion Service Contract. Patinack will confirm the Owners entitlement by reference to the relevant State racing body.
10. Upon Patinack being notified of a claim, and confirming entitlement to the bonus, it will pay the same within 14 days to the advised address.
11. Applicable Stallions:
(i) Casino Prince;
(ii) Husson;
(iii) Wonderful World.
12. Patinack reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including the addition of Applicable Stallions without prior notice.
13. This Breeders Bonus is offered by Patinack Farm Pty Limited.
