Patinack Breeders Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Patinack Farm will make a maximum pool amount of One Million Dollars
   ($1,000,000.00) available to be paid to eligible Breeders & Owners
   during the racing year (being 1st August to 31st July in any given
   year).
2. The break up is to be as follows: (i) Twenty Thousand Dollars
   ($20,000.00) for every Saturday metropolitan winner in NSW or Victoria;
   (ii) Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for every mid-week metropolitan
   winner in NSW & Victoria; (iii) Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.00)
   for every Saturday metropolitan winner in Queensland.
3.  The “Breeder” will be determined by reference to the owner listed
   on the Stallion Service Contract to be entered into between Patinack Farm
   & the Owner at the time the mare is serviced by a Patinack Farm
   stallion.
4. The “Owner” will be determined by reference to the owner/s listed as
   owners of the relevant horse as listed by the State’s racing body in
   which it predominantly resides.
5. For the avoidance of doubt Patinack Farm mares will, if serviced by an
   applicable Patinack Farm Stallion, be entitled to participate in the pool in
   addition to other mares.
6. The Bonus will be paid only for wins by Two (2) or Three (3) year
   old horses.
7. The Bonus excludes Group races.
8. Any Bonus will be distributed equally as between the Owner & the
   Breeder.
9. Owners & Breeders will have twelve (12) months from the date of a
   win to notify & claim their respective proportion of the bonus from
   Patinack Farm. In the event Patinack Farm is not notified within this period,
   then, the party not claiming the bonus will be forfeited, at the sole
   discretion of Patinack Farm.
10. To claim the bonus, a Breeder will be required to provide to
    Patinack Farm, a copy of the Patinack Farm Stallion Service Contract. The Breeder
    must have complied with all terms of the Patinack Farm Stallion Service
    Contract. Patinack Farm will confirm the Owners entitlement by reference to
    the relevant State racing body.
11. Upon Patinack Farm being notified of a claim, & confirming
    entitlement to the bonus, it will pay the same within 14 days to the
    advised address.
12. Applicable Stallions: Casino Prince, Husson (Arg), Lope De Vega
    (Ire), Monaco Consul (NZ), Murtajill, Raheeb, Teranaba, Wonderful World.
13. Patinack Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions,
    including the addition of Applicable Stallions without prior notice.
14. This Breeders Bonus is offered by Patinack Farm Pty Limited.
