Bloodstock.com.au Patinack Mares

A selection of in-foal broodmares as part of an annual reduction in stock offers buyers the opportunity to secure their chance to be a part of the lucrative Patinack Farm $1 Million Bonus Scheme.

In total 19 realistically-priced mares are listed for sale on Bloodstock.com.au, with agent for the popular sales site Nick Adams acting on behalf of Patinack Farm.

Patinack Farm Stud Manager Ben Lawrence said “the decision to reduce the mare numbers has been thought through carefully with some quality mares among them. All being offered are in-foal to our very own quality young stallions including the current leading first season sire in Australia, Husson.”

“The majority of the foals will also be eligible for a 50% claim in Patinack Farm’s $1m Breeders’ Bonus Scheme once they hit the track.”

Successfully completing his first season at stud in the Southern Hemisphere and with his first crop of foals being born in the North, Patinack Farm’s Group 1 French 2000 Guineas and Group 1 French Derby winner Lope De Vega is represented by three mares.

Lope De Vega’s Group 1 victories saw him emulate his sire Shamardal on the racetrack with the apple not falling far from the tree in terms of his well-conformed, robust physique as well. Shamardal was absent from the Australian sire ranks in 2011 making these prospective foals even more appealing.

Other exciting young Patinack Farm sires represented as covering sires include Casino Prince, Husson, Monaco Consul, Murtajil, Raheeb, Teranaba and Wonderful World.

In March buyers will be treated to another opportunity to invest when a second selection of mares will be listed for sale.
